    Park Regulations

    1. 1.         As a condition for entering the park and participating in its services and/or activities, you, on behalf of yourself and/or your spouse, minor children, wards (if      applicable), and all accompanying persons, confirm that by purchasing a ticket or entering the park, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Park Rules and Regulations, as well as the Park Liability Waiver. The waiver can be accessed via the QR code provided at the venue.
    2. 2.         All visitors to JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must hold a valid ticket. Each ticket is valid for single entry only and is non-transferable after admission.
    3. 3.        To ensure a smooth experience, guests are recommended to arrive at the ticketing counter 20 minutes before their scheduled session to register and collect wristbands.
    4. 4.         Guests should supervise accompanying children and take care of elderly companions at all times.
    5. 5.       Children aged 3 or below may enter for free when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above who holds a valid ticket. However, some facilities are not suitable for children aged 3 or below, and certain facilities have height restrictions. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or above when using such facilities. Each paying adult may accompany a maximum of five children aged 4–11 or one child aged 3 or below.
    6. 6.         Individuals aged 12 to 17 may enter the park without adult supervision but are not permitted to supervise or accompany any other guests aged 17 or below. Guests must present valid identification upon request by staff.
    7. 7.         JoyYou Card holders must present a valid JoyYou Card issued by Octopus Cards Limited or a Hong Kong Identity Card for on-site ticket verification. Failure to present valid documents will require guests to pay the ticket price difference on the spot.
    8. 8.       Grip socks are required for certain designated facilities. To ensure safety, guests must remove their shoes and wear grip socks before entering. Park staff reserve the right to determine whether the socks meet safety standards. Grip socks are available for purchase on-site (HK$30/pair).
    9. 9.      The JPS Pass Admission Ticket is only valid on the specific date printed on the ticket. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled once sold.
    10. 10.        Special events may require a separate admission ticket.
    11. 11.       JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG will suspend operations without prior notice if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect.
    12. 12.        The entire park is monitored by 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
    13. 13.       All personal items stored in lockers or shoe cabinets will be cleared after park closing hours. The park shall not be held responsible for any loss and will not provide any refund or compensation.
    14. 14.       For safety and operational reasons, the park reserves the right to: (a) deny entry to visitors if the park has reached maximum capacity; (b) refuse admission or request any visitor to leave the premises without refund or compensation if the visitor engages in illegal, unsafe, or offensive behavior, or if deemed necessary by park management.
    15. 15.      Certain facilities may be temporarily closed or suspended due to maintenance, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors without prior notice. No refunds (partial or full) will be provided in such cases.
    16. 16.       Visitors agree that the park has the right to photograph and/or record them and/or their children within the premises. These images or videos may be used for staff training, promotional or commercial purposes across any media or format (including those that may be developed in the future), without further notice, consent, or compensation (monetary or otherwise). If you have any concerns, please inform our staff.
    17. 17.        Ticket prices and session schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
    18. 18.        All activities and use of facilities are subject to these terms and conditions.

     

    Park Rules

    1.          Please follow the instructions and safety precautions provided by the staff to ensure safe use of the facility.

    2.          Do not bring outside food and beverages into the facility.

    3.          Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.

    4.          Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs).

    5.          Please ensure that all participants are present when queuing, and avoid interrupting, joining friends in line or taking up space in the queue.

    6.          Please take photos within your own range and do not photograph other guests or block pathways, so as not to disturb others. Unauthorized photography or videography for commercial purposes is not allowed.

    7.          Please note that during media interviews, access to content and facilities may be temporarily restricted, and guests may be photographed or appear in articles or broadcasts.

    8.          Tickets and merchandise items are non-refundable.

    9.          Tickets may not be transferred, resold, lent, or borrowed among guests.  Merchandise items may not be resold.  

    10.        If you are feeling unwell, please do not experience the games in the facility.

    11.        Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. Do not leave personal items unattended, as they may be considered lost property and removed. The facility is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

    12.        If you have previously experienced muscle spasms or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation, please be cautious of screen images and lighting effects.

    13.        The following behaviors are strictly prohibited. If you are found to be engaging in any of these actions that affect the facility or other guests, you will be asked to leave for any reason:

                 - Bringing harmful substances into the facility

                 - Abusing, threatening, or committing violent acts against staff or other guests

                 - Disrupting business operations

                 - Intentionally damaging property

                 - Unauthorized solicitation or commercial activities (distributing flyers, giving speeches, selling, etc.)

                 - Theft, etc.

                 - Sexual harassment, including unwanted advances

                 - Any actions that violate laws and regulations

                 - Other disruptive or dangerous behaviours

     

    Usage Guidelines

    1.          Each experience has usage restrictions and precautions.

    2.          Please participate in the experiences only after full understanding and do not overuse or mishandle them. The facility is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during use, nor for any issues that may arise among guests. Please adhere to the rules correctly and take responsibility either personally or through a parent/guardian.

    3.          For safety reasons, please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for exercises. If you are wearing sandals, high heels, or shoes that are not securely fastened, you may be asked to change your shoes. If you are barefoot, please wear socks.  For some experiences, grip socks are required. 

    4.          Please remove long items, such as scarves and other neck accessories, jewellery, rings, watches and other accessories that may get caught on arms.

    5.          It is advised to remove glasses, as they may fall off or get damaged during use.

    6.          Please wear necessary protective equipment appropriately.

    7.          Please warm up adequately before participating in the experiences and take appropriate breaks during use.

    8.          Avoid eating or drinking while experiencing.

    9.          When taking photos, please be considerate of the surrounding guests and avoid the following photographic methods:

                 - Do not take photos of yourself while experiencing.

                 - Do not use photographic equipment to take selfies with other guests in the play area.

                 - Do not bring selfie sticks or tripods into the play area or allow companions to enter the play area for photoshooting.

    10.        Guests are responsible for any damage caused to other guests or facilities due to their own intentional or negligent actions.

    11.        If other guests are waiting to use the experience, please take turns playing one game at a time. If there is no limit on the number of turns, please take turns approximately every ten minutes.
