Terms and Conditions of JPS Pass:

• Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must hold a valid ticket. Each ticket is for single entry, there cannot be change of guests after entering.

• For a better experience, guests are advised to arrive 20 minutes before their session starts to redeem wristbands at the ticketing office.

• Please supervise accompanying children and care for any elderly individuals in your group at all times.

• Children aged 3 or below can enter for free only when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket. Certain facilities are not suitable for children aged 3 or below. Some facilities have height restrictions. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above to use those facilities, and the adult must purchase a ticket. Each adult with a valid ticket can accompany a maximum of two children aged 4-11 or one child aged 3 or below.

• Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must sign a liability waiver for entry. The waiver for individuals below aged 18 must be signed by an adult on their behalf. You can sign the online waiver form here or on-site. You are advised to sign the online version to shorten the entry procedure.

• Individuals aged 12 to 17 can enter without being accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, but they are not allowed to supervise anyone aged 17 or below. Guests must present valid identification upon request by staff.
- • Those holding a JoyYou Card must present a valid JoyYou Card issued by Octopus Cards Limited or a Hong Kong identity card for verification when purchase on-site to access the facilities. If unable to present valid documents, they will need to pay the price difference on-site.

• Some facilities in the park require the use of grip socks. To ensure safety, participants must take shoes off and wear grip socks before entering the venue, our staff has the right to decide if the grip socks are suitable. Grip socks can be purchased in the park (HK$30/pair).

• JPS Pass is only valid on the specified date indicated on the respective ticket. Sold tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.

• Specific events require separate purchase of special event tickets.

• Some facilities may be temporarily suspended or closed due to maintenance, upkeep, weather, or other uncontrollable factors without prior notice. We do not provide refunds (including partial or full refunds) for any facilities that are suspended or closed for these reasons.
- • JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG will suspend operations during the issuance of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above and a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. Please click here to learn more about the park's arrangements for inclement weather.
- • The ticket prices and sessions may change without prior notice.

- If issued before the park opens: The park will suspend operations and reopen approximately 2.5 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains until 4:00 PM, the park will remain closed for the day.
- If issued during park hours: The park will remain open. Guests unable to visit may retain their tickets and contact the ticketing platform (KLOOK/KKDAY/TRIP.COM/K11) within one month of the original ticket date to reschedule (no arrangements will be made after the deadline). Alternatively, contact the park’s customer service (TEL: 6683 7186) for inquiries.
