To access Arena Carpark, drive along Shing Kai Road and turn left to enter the carpark located on B/F of Kai Tak Mall 2. Please note that all private vehicle parking spaces will be suspended on Kai Tak Sports Park's event days. We advise you to stay updated with the latest updates on transportation arrangement from the Kai Tak Sports Park.

Use the Taxi Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point located on G/F of Kai Tak Mall 2. Please note that private cars cannot pick up or drop off at this location.

- If issued before the park opens: The park will suspend operations and reopen approximately 2.5 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains until 4:00 PM, the park will remain closed for the day.
- If issued during park hours: The park will remain open. Guests unable to visit may retain their tickets and contact the ticketing platform (KLOOK/KKDAY/TRIP.COM/K11) within one month of the original ticket date to reschedule (no arrangements will be made after the deadline). Alternatively, contact the park’s customer service (TEL: 6683 7186) for inquiries.
